I invite you to take part in an expedition to the sources of your resilience. Find out what influences your ability to cope with pressure, stress, emotions. Develop habits of thinking and acting that will allow you to enjoy life and good health to a greater extent. I will be your guide on the journey, although you have to take the route yourself.
The expedition plan is the result of combining my experience from extreme expeditions with current psychological knowledge, in a way that can be applied in private and business life.

The “Conversations on 4 heads” podcast, in which you will meet Ewa, Zuza, Adam and Zbyszek. They will tell you their stories, share their dilemmas and ways of solving everyday problems. In their conversations, you will probably also find events from your own life.
